Alex is a strength coach and personal trainer based in Brisbane Australia with over 10 years of coaching experience, specializing in strength and hypertrophy training, gymnastics/ calisthenics, weight loss, and evidence-based fitness programming.

Alex began coaching in his early teens and went on to become an Advanced Men’s Gymnastics Coach in Australia, helping athletes develop strength, mobility, and body control. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Queensland, with studies in Human Anatomy and Physiology, Alex combines scientific knowledge with practical coaching expertise to deliver effective, results-driven training programs.

Understanding that not everyone has the time or access to an in-person trainer, Alex also offers online coaching, providing personalized training plans, progress tracking, and expert guidance to clients worldwide. His goal is to make high-quality coaching accessible to anyone looking to build muscle, improve performance, or take control of their fitness—regardless of location or schedule.

Alex is passionate about helping clients of all levels, from beginners looking to get started to athletes aiming to push their limits. His training philosophy is rooted in science-backed methods that prioritize long-term success, injury prevention, and sustainable progress.

He is currently offering both in-person and online coaching, helping clients achieve their goals through structured, personalized, and research-driven programming.
