Alex is a strength coach and personal trainer based in Brisbane Australia with over 10 years of coaching experience, specializing in strength and hypertrophy training, gymnastics/ calisthenics, weight loss, and evidence-based fitness programming. Holding a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland with studies in Human Anatomy and Physiology, he combines scientific knowledge with practical coaching to help clients achieve real, lasting results.

As an Advanced Men’s Gymnastics Coach in Australia, Alex has worked with athletes at all levels, focusing on strength, mobility, and performance. He now offers both in-person and online coaching, making expert guidance accessible to anyone looking to build muscle, improve performance, or take control of their fitness.
